My name is Ines Hanisch and I am the school social worker at Forellstraße school.

As the school social worker is subject to a duty of confidentiality, all topics discussed are treated confidentially.
All school social work programmes (discussions and projects) are voluntary.
Even if you are unsure whether I, as a school social worker, am the right person to talk to about a problem or a question, you can contact me at any time. I am networked with many organisations in the area and can therefore put you in touch with the right qualified people.

* What is the education and participation package and what benefits can I receive?
The educational package promotes and supports children and young people from low-income families. So if you receive social allowance, unemployment benefit II or social assistance, housing allowance or child allowance or benefits under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act, you can take advantage of the educational package. The educational package is valid for children and young people up to 25 years of age. Exceptions are services for participation in culture, sport and leisure. Here the upper age limit is 18 years.
IMPORTANT: You receive the services of the educational package not automaticallybut only on application.
